Quality

A leading market position requires good products and outstanding performance. Within the framework of our Total Quality Management (TQM), measures to ensure quality are not performed at the end of the manufacturing process in terms of quality control, but integrated into the process. We try to achieve customer satisfaction as cost-effectively as possible with as little waste of resources as possible. Our objective is to produce quality, not control it!
Our well-established quality procedures make the entire production-chain smooth, efficient and consistent and our quality department is equipped to perform many different tests:

As a standard, we supply our products with a certificate (either 2.2 or 3.1) according to EN 10204. On demand, customers can order also a third party witnessed 3.2 certificate issued by an accredited inspection institute. Our quality department is qualified to cope with special requirements and to cooperate with external inspectors of various industrial sectors such as nuclear, oil and gas, aeronautical, naval, railway and many others. Our internal International Welding Engineer (IWE) supervises both welding operations in production and if necessary supports the quality department. The whole team is accustomed to manage and handle special quality related requests that regularly raise from our customers.
