Production Technologies
We offer different production technologies with which we produce standard and special profiles and shapes. The choice of the production method for a profile depends on its overall size, its complexity, its surface finish, its tolerance and the required lot size. Every production technology has its own peculiarities and is ideal for specific shapes. We divide them in hot and cold manufacturing technologies, where the heat input is the distinguishing factor.
Our Advanced Steel Processing
Machining
Among our various manufacturing technologies you will also find CNC machining. This production method allows you to produce profiles with complex geometries – such as undercuts, deep slits and deep grooves – as well as achieve tight tolerances and have short production times. For this reason, milling is often the best choice when you need to prototype a new shape or for small lots.
Materials

Steel Profile Processing Services
Packaging
Our products are prepared for shipment according to their specifications so that they can be transported safely. Special profiles often need non-standard packaging to safeguard their technical and aesthetic properties, and one of our teams designs and manufactures such packaging.
Finishes
We are a specialized supplier of stainless steel equal and unequal angle bars, channels, beams, tees and hollow sections. Our focus is only on stainless steel grades and our sections replicate 1:1 the standard sizes of carbon steel profiles. In our well-assorted stock, we carry the most common profiles and sizes; both in type 304/L (1.4301 and 1.4307) and 316/L (1.4401, 1.4404 and 1.4571).
