Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Montanstahl applies a structured occupational health and safety management system inspired by the Swiss MSSL model and SUVA/CFSL guidelines. This system helps us identify workplace hazards, assess risks, define preventive and corrective measures, and continuously improve health and safety performance across our organization.
Our safety objectives are defined annually, monitored throughout the year and reviewed through internal checks, audits and performance analysis. This allows us to reduce risks, prevent accidents and improve the quality of our working environment.

Safety for Visitors, Customers and Suppliers
Everyone who enters our sites is part of our safety system. For this reason, Montanstahl provides clear health and safety information for visitors, customers and suppliers, especially when accessing production departments or operational areas. All visitors are required to follow the instructions received, wear the necessary personal protective equipment, respect safety signs and access only authorized areas. When required, visitors must always be accompanied by Montanstahl personnel.
